Discovery call
Free. We learn the problem, the deadline, and the budget.

Scope and fixed quote
What gets built, what it costs, and when it ships, in writing. You approve it before work starts.
Week 0 -
Design
Clickable screens of every flow, revised until you sign off.
Weeks 1 to 2 -
Build
Two week increments. Each ends with a preview link, and your feedback shapes the next one.
Weeks 3 to 8 -
Launch
We deploy it and hand over the repository, every account, and the documentation.
Week 9 -
Support
Optional. A monthly plan keeps us on as your developers, or you run it yourself.
After launch
What you see every two weeks
No status reports to decode. At the end of each increment you get a link to the real thing, running, with whatever was built in those two weeks.
Click through it, try to break it, and tell us what to change. That feedback goes straight into the next increment.
After launch, we can be your dev team
Most of our clients have no developers on staff, and do not need any. A monthly maintenance plan keeps the people who built your software looking after it.

Development capacity every month: a maintenance plan, a standing dev team for your roadmap, or both.

We take over a stalled or abandoned build from another developer, fix what is broken, and finish it.

You do not have to pay for a project all at once. We offer installment plans that spread the cost, and the payment schedule is written into your quote, so you know what is due and when before work starts.
Questions people ask first
What does it cost, and how do I pay?
It depends on the scope, so there is no price list. After the discovery call you get a written fixed quote, and the price only changes if you change the scope.
You do not have to pay it all at once. We offer payment installment plans, and the schedule is agreed with you and written into the quote.
What if I do not know exactly what I need?
That is a normal place to start. Tell us what is slowing you down, and we will work out with you whether the answer is custom software, a smaller first version, or a tool you can buy off the shelf.
How long does it take?
Most projects ship in six to twelve weeks. You see working software every two weeks along the way, not just at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do. At launch we hand over the code, the repository, and every account and credential, with documentation on how it all works.
What happens after launch?
Your choice. Stay on a monthly maintenance plan and we handle bug fixes, updates, and new features. Or take the documentation and run it yourself, or with another team.
Do you take over existing projects?
Yes, for rescue work and for ongoing maintenance. The first step is reading the code and telling you plainly what state it is in.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send yours before the discovery call and we will sign it before you share anything sensitive.
